The warm welcome from the staff, though we encountered a small inconvenience with an extra glass for water, was delightful. Their assistance with directions and recommendations was invaluable.The hotel's strategic location provided easy access to museums, exhibition centers, and extensive transport options. The free WiFi, along with the friendly and multilingual staff, contributed to a seamless stay. Despite a minor room service issue, the creative cooking and exquisite menus offered a taste of authentic Italian flavors.Concierge services and a 24-hour front desk ensured convenience throughout our stay.
